A week passed.....
Arthur
The mornings of Canada are freezing in winter but Arthur never minded them. His plane landed at 6o clock and their was snow everywhere. He liked it, he liked snow so much, because their were very few people in the freezing winter and he could roam around wherever he wanted without being uncomfortable.
He went to his office in the Canadian airport to finish some of his work. After his work completed he got into his car. While he was driving he noticed the buildings and the trees covered with snow. Everything was white, and beautiful. He was really in a good mood. He found a bookstore on his way to home. If anything in this world could distract him it would be his books.
He got in the bookstore. The smell there was really good. Arthur was a orphan, he never had a home but the house he lived in, had a library downstairs. He used to go into the library when he felt lonely. Soon, the library become a home to him and the books his family and friends. He never felt a need of company anymore.
The smell of the books filled his nose. He flipped some pages of books and went upstairs. He found another floor filled with books, it was of some new authors. When he got there he found a whole shelf of a book named-My Mistakes. He turned the book to find the authors name. it was written by Justin Mark. Justin is a famous writer?
Cora
She went inside her grandmas room. Even though her grandma was not there her smell was still remained. She climbed up on her bed and hugged her pillow. For some time she felt that her grandma was still there with her. When she ran her finger on the bedsheet, she found a letter on it. It was some kind of riddle, it said-
The reflection will appear when the most precious crystal fall,
After it falls thrice, the mirror will stop.
And remember it will only come on the protectors call,
And disappear once done its job.
The mirror will make the two
most lonely together.
But will also judge,
If they are happy with each other.
If your love is true,
no one can separate the two of you
She couldnt understand what it said but for sure it was related to her grandmother. Was that the same thing her grandma wanted to tell her. She folded the paper and kept it inside her bag. She was done with packing her grandmas things and locked the rooms door after seeing it for the last time. The whole house was being sold even when Cora was not agreeing but her uncle and aunt said they needed money so they have to sell it. That house had most of her childhood memories and she couldnt see it being destructed.
After loading her grandmas things inside the car she went to her home.
She was lying on her bed with all her grandmas clothes around her bed. Her eyes were teary again. After a week too she couldnt forget her grandmas tragic death. She was really lonely now.
But when she was crying a shining thing came before her eyes. Cora couldnt see anything but she noticed it was the same mirror like thing that she saw 4 years back, on the day of her parents accident. Without thinking anything she slowly held her hand to touch the mirror. Her hand went inside the thing. She backward a little and carefully saw the mirror but she couldnt see anything not even her reflection, nothing. What is this? what is behind this? She moved towards the mirror and went inside it. The mirror disappeared and her room was left behind empty. The silence and emptiness were also left behind.
