The Kikue Sect. is a well-known clan because of its rumours about being righteous and gentle. The clan was a part-relative of Ryūsaka, a prominent clan that serves the shogun and the emperor. Their family crest, was like an embroidered image of a thin sakura branch and its few buds and lushful leaves. Unlike the Ryūsaka who used to train themselves to be a samurai, the Kikue focuses more on knowledge, philosophy, etiquette, manners, talents, and the like. They focus not on violence and concentrate more on peace. Everyone thinks of them as the most fragile, most protected, and highly respected clan like other prominent family.
Each year, they receive students from other prominent sects. from other region to study their culture. Most of them are sons, and daughters of the powerful clans. They separate men and women since their study is different from each other. Men used to study about medicine, poets, philosophy, and the like while women focused more on embroidery, poets, and music—yet they still add the etiquette as subject and practice.
The second master of Ryūsaka, Isasu, grew up there during his teens since the clan master of Kikue was the one who took care of him while his father was away, serving the emperor and standing on his side. As a result, Isasu grew up into a polite, kind, and gentle lad while at the same time, strong, brave, and has a good swordsmanship skills (which ended up becoming their region's most handsome noble).
Isasu doesn't judge people by their status and respects them equally either from a rich or from poor.
Now after two years since Isasu left, another offspring from the same clan of Isasu was (forcefully) sent to the Kikue Sect. to study their etiquette and to act like a lady since she lacks etiquette. Her family expected her to change and become like what her title tells about her. But since this girl's mischief was already her nature, she will sure bring trouble.
