The family

As Jake sleeps in the late morning he is awoken to his mother and father yelling at each other. Jake gets up and heads out of his room to see what is happening. He slowly walks down the hall and listens in on what is happening, "all you do is sleep, drink, work, and go out with your friends while I'm stuck at home trying to keep this family together!!" Jakes mom Lisa screams with tears going down her face. "You stupid bitch, I work to pay these bills and all you do is nag, and bitch and moan about nothing!!" Jakes dad John yells. As Jake gets closer to them he can see an eviction notice on the table and a flask in his dads hand. "W-what's going on mom and dad?" Jake says in a hoarse, frightened voice. Jakes dad kneels down and says quietly "stay out of this kid, it doesn't concern you", Jakes mom yells at John "it does concern him he's your son and he deserves to know what's going on her". As Jakes mom approaches John, Jakes dad turns and back hands her across the face and then kneels over her, "you don't give me any attention or loving, or hell even touch me anymore! I guess I'm gonna have to get some for my self!" As Jakes dad holds down his mom Lisa, he lifts up her dress and unzips his pants, and grabs her by the neck. "You sit still and take it!" As he starts to thrust in Jakes Mom, she starts to scream "John please stop, your hurting me, please I don't want to! John please I'm begging you!!". John doesn't stop, instead he starts getting rough, Jake stares wide-eyed not knowing what's happening. "Jake help me he is raping me, please do something!!" Lisa screams, Jake runs to the drawers and grabs a knife, he runs back and yells, "get off of my mom!!". Jake raises the knife and brings it down into his fathers back. "M-momma, I done a bad thing...." Jake says as he stares at his father lying on the floor with a pool of blood around him, rocking himself back and forth, shaking, traumatized....
