The sound of the door woke up Ky, who was covered with a light blanket while laying on the floor. He stood up while summoning a dagger with his newly earned powers and opens the door of the room silently. He doesn't notice anything unusual in the hall. The house-door was still locked and closed, no movement was able to be detected. He moves to the opening of the door that leads to the living room and notices that Camille's bag was still there, so she didn't leave. Ky takes a look to his parent's room but finds nothing. He proceeds to the kitchen's door, which is closed. With his hand tightened around the dagger, he opens the door fast only to see Camille wearing one of his shirts trying to make breakfast. She looked at him shocked, but after a bit she blushed and looked away.
'I almost attacked you... what was that sound earlier?' Ky asked confused.
'It was um the kitchen door, the window is open and uh could you please wear something?' Camille says and Ky realizes that he is completely naked and starts laughing. 'W-what's so funny?' she asks a bit irritated.
'What's funny is that it's nothing you haven't seen before and, to be more specific, last night. But alright I suppose I should wear at least a boxer or something' Ky says and almost without realizing what he is doing he created a boxer out of thin air. Camille noticed it and the spoon that she was holding fell on the floor. 'Don't freak it, please. I can explain... I hope at least.' Ky said in an attempt to avoid any unnecessary attention from the neighbors.
'You can start whenever you want, like now!' Camille said while trying not to faint. Ky reached two cups and poured coffee in them.
'Sugar?' he asked.
'O-one spoon is fine. Please explain what in the name of God was that!' Camille answers and is obviously not calm.
Ky leans on the wall while holding his coffee and starts explaining everything. He explained how what he did was the power that he obtained by a creature that was basically his creation in a game. He also explained the situation about her friends and how he needs to rescue them.
'I know that everything sounds crazy, but it's honestly the truth.' he says and washes his cup. Camille is sitting now on a chair and can't believe what she just heard. 'I would really appreciate it if you could not talk to anyone about this. The last thing I need right now, is another group of madmen to try and hunt me.' Ky said and decided he needed more coffee.
'It's... really hard to believe but, I saw you doing that... but how is it possible? This doesn't make sense!' she says and doesn't seem to have calmed down at all.
'You can leave if you want and never talk to me again if you want, I won't blame you. This is indeed too much to handle and it would be too much to ask of you to stay and understand. And don't worry about your parents. I will probably not make it out of there al-' Ky stopped talking and pouring more coffee for him when Camille hugged him from behind.
'I'm not afraid of you. I'm afraid that something will happen to you. I... I don't want to lose you.' she said and tears started running down her cheeks. Ky turned around and raised her head so they can look each-other in the eyes. He closed in and kissed her while she noticed, that he shed a tear as well.
After a bit they stopped and Ky got dressed up. He wore metal pieces under his normal clothes, but not too many or too big because he needed to be able to move freely. He hugged and kissed Camille and told her to hide and not to open the door no matter what.
'Come back alive. Promise you will come back alive.' she said.
'I will try my best, but I can't promise anything. I'm sorry, but I really need to get going.' he said and open the house-door. 'Don't ever talk of what you know to anyone, just so you can be safe.' he says and forms ring with a black seven on it and gave it to her.
'Why are you giving me this?' Camille asked a bit shocked since she wasn't used of items appearing out of thin air.
'It's just a theory, but if I die, this ring will disappear. Keep it with you and you will know if my fate was to die there or not.' Ky says and runs out of the house. He had to save his friends no matter what. As much as he didn't want to admit it, he was afraid, that he wouldn't be able to do as Camille asked of him. But he had hope, till the his last moment in this era.
