Allen stared at the two unconscious Noah for what felt like Hours. Memories of a time far gone play in his mind only to be replaced with much darker ones.
"Joyd…Somnia…" he whispers their name to nobody but himself.
Allen picks up the two Noah with ease, Tyki on his left shoulder, while Road was leaning against his chest with his right arm underneath. A white portal appears in front of him and walks through it without stopping.
On the other side is an extravagant room with two beds. They're of identical design and he gently places them in both of the beds.
"I love you both, so so much…." His tears fall once more only for his loving expression be replaced by a cold one. "However, I don't know if I can forgive you that easily….even if it wasn't truly your fault…" his body disappears from the room and reappears back in the Battle Arena.
"Skulls." His tone cold yet filled with sorrow, was heard.
The four skulls appear in front of him and bow with a knee to the ground in reverence. Their feelings of children finally meeting their father again cause them to tremble despite them wanting to show him that they're not affected.
"We are here to serve you, Master Vastator…." They all state at the same time.
"Good…." Allen nods and whistles a tune.
The arena floor morphs and a table with a throne seemed to meld out fo the ground. The two skulls that are newer, appeared somewhat shocked at this.
"It's been 35 years since my disappearance. I assume Adam has gotten worse in the time I've been gone?" A tea set now seemed to mold itself and he pours a liquid into the cup.
"Yes." The leading skull nodded. "As you commanded, we have been serving your family since your demise without question."
"I'm glad…I'm sorry to have made you do this."
"Your apology is wasted on us, Master." The skull states without emotion but Allen could feel it's happiness at their service. "What are your orders, sir?"
"Firstly, Inform Adam that the innocence that was here was taken by the Black Order. Next, tell him that Road and Tyki have stopped for a few days as Joyd has begun acting out again from injuries inflicted by Allen Walker."
"Yes sir." The skull Nodded.
"Third." Allen did some hand signs and a bracelet appeared in his hand. It was black and white with a swirl pattern to it, as if you couldn't see where it began or ended. He also had an envelope appear in his other hand.
"Hand these to Lustol." He gives the items to the skull. "Tell her it's from me and that it will help. Do not let anybody else see this." The last sentence was harsh and the skull took the order with trembling hands.
"Master?" The leading skull asked after a few seconds of silence.
"Yes?"
"Are you going to finish what you started?"
"…Yes, I am…" the tea cup shattered from his aura making the skulls back up. "I couldn't finish 35 years ago due to my grief clouding my judgement, but now…." Allen rubs his forehead where the seven stigmata were. "I have another reason other than love to do this…."
"Sir, don't let-" the skull was going to plead for his master not to give in, but he was stopped with a hand raise.
"I won't….My Love for them outweighs the grief I feel, even if by a small amount. My heart bleeds for them, but even though I'm a Noah…..it won't heal for a long….long time…"
"Now go. The Black Order is bound to be suspicious of my absence."
"As you wish, Master Vastator!" The skulls bow once more before they disappear.
Allen took control of the barrier and needed to do something to prove he had a hard fight. He needed to injure himself.
He walks to the center of the arena and closes his eyes. One of the major things he noticed when he combined innocence with dark matter, was the fact that he could use some of his sibling's abilities. At least, for a short while.
He needed to use his own to do this, however. Allen's lips pucker and a whistle echoes in the surroundings. 5 candles appear with pointed bottoms and he frowns at what he makes them do next.
They fly toward him and stab his left thigh, his right bicep, two stab him in his back and the last stabs him on his stomach. He groans painfully and then wills them away to leave the wounds.
[Allen….Must you do this?]
"Ugh…you know why I have to, Neah….the two focal points in my plan are Adam and Apocryphos. The latter is one that doesn't show up often unless he finds a new host…" he explains and raises his arm into the air with his fingers flexed to a point.
[I know…but-]
"Agh!" He stabs his chest and his hand goes through without a wound only for the inside to be injured. He takes the arm out while concentrating on the ability and kneels to the ground.
"Heh….I've been impaled yet…it's nowhere close to the pain of my family abandoning me…." His mumbles heard by both Noah and innocence who gave him feelings of reassurance.
"Now then….let's go…." He releases his hold on the barrier and it falls apart around him.
The orphanage which was shown to be perfectly fine on the outside glitched and became a ruined building in an instant. Marie, Kanda, and Link were waiting outside in a heated argument when this happened.
"What the-!?" Link commented when Kanda ran inside as fast as he could.
"Beansprout!" His yells echo far. "Where are you. You stupid Beansprout!"
"I-it's Allen…Bakanda…" the exorcist whipped his head to the left and finds Allen leaning against a wall while holding his stomach area covering a hole.
Blood leaked from him all over and the swordsman held him up gently.
"I'm back…." That was the last thing Allen said a before he lost consciousness.
"Damn it….Why do you do this to yourself?" He flung him over his shoulder and brought him outside the orphanage.
Link saw the boy covered in blood and looking like he's dying and felt guilt assault him. He shook his head to get rid of the thought.
"HQ! We need a portal ASAP! Allen Walker is seriously injured."
-Confirmed! Portal arriving at your position in 10 seconds.-
The trio of males felt relief wash over them as they looked at Allen. His peaceful look disturbed by the several large holes on his body and blood leaking out of his mouth.
"He's so young…." Marie says to himself but the other two heard it.
"Yeah…."
"….." Kanda kept silent as he was angry at his weakness.
'Marie. Take Kanda and the kid away. I'll stay…' he heard Allen say that when they were teleported outside of the orphanage along with the rest of the residents.
"Damn it. Damn It! Fuck….!" The swordsman words made Marie worried as he hasn't heard those kind of words from Kanda since they first met.
The ark portal opened and they rushed o the infirmary with Allen on his back. The people they passed saw his injuries and were worried for the boy. Lenalee most of all as she stayed behind to watch over him despite being treated.
"Allen….why did you do that? We can help, you know? You don't have to take everything on yourself…" she holds his hand and cries.
