Sam sits across the the table as Maya serves food to him and takes a seat across him.
"I hope you enjoy the meal, mrs Perkins." Maya said.
Sam blushed lightly towards Maya, Maya and Sam had put babies to sleep, they were not going to disturb their dinner.
"The house is so quite and peaceful, without their constant crying!" Maya said.
"No dear, the house looks quite and peaceful because they are sleeping, but their crying and smile brings life to this home." Looking around the house he said.
"You seemed quite attached to the kids in few days, don't you?" Maya asked.
"They are really lovely and adorable as hell. Anyone would be mad, if they would love those kids." Mrs Perkins replied.
"Right, except their father, who wants all of us dead." Maya said.
Hearing this, Sam choked on his food and started to cough. Maya immediately offered him some water, which he took.
"Why do think so? That their father is trying to kill you all?" Mrs Perkins asked.
"Me and my kids were buried alive, and when I got out from their, a friend said that to me. We were different from those that my husband lead. And he won't like himself being the past and us being the new future. " Maya said.
"That is preposterous, who said you this?" Sam angrily stomped his hand on the table, then he remembered that he is Mrs Perkins and not Sam and then controlled his emotions. Maya looked at mrs. Perkins in surprise.
"A father always loves his children, my dear. Why do think he would want you all to be murdered?" Mrs. Perkins asked politely now.
"I really don't recollect my relationship with their father when I woke up. My friend help me to survive and even risked her life a few times for me and my children. She said this to me." Maya again mentioned about the friend.
"Does this friend of yours had any history with your husband? May be trying to harm your family by getting in to your good books?" Mrs. Perkins asked.
"Maybe? But I want to keep my family, my babies safe, isn't it too much to ask as a mother?" Maya asked.
Sam understood what sanjana was going through, she didn't remember him at all, had two children with her to protect and someone had brainwashed her that Sam was trying to kill them.
"Have you talked about all this to your husband? May be he has something to say about it. Maybe he has another side of story. " Mrs. Perkins asked.
Maya smiled looking at the plate," that's why I invited you to the dinner Sam."
Sam's face became pale as Maya called him Sam, this was not good. What if she attacks him again. He was alone here, and she would be able to overpower him easily. But this was his chance to make her understand his side.
"Sanjana, I don't understand why your friend told those things about me, but believe me, you are my moon. Have you heard the story of wolverine?" Sam asked.
"No" sanjana replied.
" The wolf spirit loved his one true love the moon spirit very much, one day he left her to roam on the earth, and he was tricked by other spirits to never return to his beloved moon. You are my moon, my love." Sam approached sanjana, cupping her cheeks tenderly, he said.
Sanjana felt the comfort, which she hadn't felt since she wake up in that coffin.
" I know I should have been besides you all this time, believe me, I would have, if I knew that you were alive, my love." Sam said softly kissing her on her lips, as tears roll down from her cheeks.
"I don't know what happened and how you forgot everything about us, but just give me one chance, I will make our new moments, moments that you and I will cherish for our long and happily forever after. " Sam said deepening the kiss, pressing his body against her warm body.
Sanjana didn't pushed him back, this was a sign for him, that may be she trusts him now. He breaks his kiss, closing his eyes he keeps his forehead onto hers, cupping her face in his hands.
"You will support me in everything?" Sanjana asked innocently.
"Yes, my love, name it and I will do that for you." Sam replied.
Sanjana hugged him, Sam liked her response and hugged her back.
"Now that you don't think that I am harmful to you and our kids, will you accompany me to the mansion? And may be live their with me?" Sam asked, still unsure if sanjana was gonna say yes or no.
Sanjana kept silence for a moment.
"You don't have to come if you don't feel safe." Sam could understand her anxiety and hence said.
"What if they don't like me and my kids, after all, I attacked them?" Sanjana looked concerned.
"They won't, our Damon and Charlie are their prince and princess and you are my queen, no one will harms my love or my children or they directly mess with me. And you might be happy to know that I am not as strong as you are, but I am the world's only hybrid." Sam comforted sanjana.
"You are not the only hybrid, you have two more joined to you group recently." Sanjana said gesturing her hand towards the babies.
"Are you kidding? They are hybrids?" Sam asked with surprise.
"Yes they are, just like their father, that's why they came to you the first time. And I knew that from that time, that you are Sam. " Sanjana stated.
"Then why didnt you kill me right away or throw me out of your house?" Sam asked with surprise.
"Because I wanted to know your intentions, I would keep guarding just outside, I didn't trust you but with all the love that you showed towards our babies, I thought that maybe I should hear your side of the story as well." Sanjana explained him.
"Then shall we?" Sam entwining Sanjana's fingers into his, looked towards already packed house. "Leave for our home?" Sanjana asked.
Sam gave a gentle nod.
