Months later Sae gave birth to a son with a peculiar white hair. Kunna was so overjoyed he forgot the turmoil of the past. Before the birth God came to Kunna and told him to rest easy for his suffering has paved a path for the future generation and his unborn son will be a King among men. He will know no suffer, no toil the earth will bear fruit upon a touch and his descendants will rule the earth for the time after eternity. And indeed Kunna's son Kaen grew up as healthy as an Ox at the age of 13 Kaen had be chosen to be a councillor in the court by the shotgun in those days Kunna passed away in his sleep.
Sae of course often went to visit her daughter Sae noticed that something was wrong with Mae at first it was her inability to grasp the common language even till the age of seven, even till the age of 13 she acted like a normal 5 year old child, like she had an infirmity of the brain when Mae was 13 Sae died of a stroke. Mae's guardian sold her to a local brothel, Mae was mocked for being an idiot and such was the curse placed upon Mae, Mae's descendants who bore the Mark of Kinte as it was called. A head of fiery red hair where sold in captivity as slaves for so was the curse they where meant to suffer.
On the other hand Kunna's son Kaen flourished and overthrew the muddled King who brought disaster to his people. Kaen established the new world and his descendants thrived with him all of his descendants with white hair were to be adored for they where bringers of wealth. For centuries they ruled with Grace and wisdom.
Eight hundred years passed and Kalei a descendant of Kunna was crowned king in his father's stead. Kalei at the age of 12 brought wealth and prosperity to the Kingdom. His advisor Lamin gave him council and told him, " My Lord, it is you who has brought wealth and prosperity to the Kingdom b all the people do not Say so. They Thank an idol they have placed in a temple." He urged the King to see the alleged wrongdoings of his people.
In the year following this the King sent a decree to burn down all temples and for as long as his kingdom reigned he shall be their God.
God got angry seeing this and decided to punish him but he considered Kunna's suffering.
So it was said that he removed the blessing of white hair from Kalei's descendants and only if the devote themselves to God will their hair be white.
From time immemorial the children who bear the Mark of Kunna had an unusual mixture of white and black hair and only when they where deemed worthy will the true Mark of Kunna be able to manifest bringing them unimaginable power and wealth.
