Don't get it wrong. It is not that she's being narcissistic that someone is pursuing her, she just don't really know how to interact with people. To be friendly and lively , for her, that takes years of practice. Her circle of friends could be counted with a hand.
She had been told that she's somewhat hard to approach since she was small. Xia xia is the only best friend that she has. Of course, it was Xia xia who started the conversation.
"Mister?" She stopped walking and looked at that man. He looked younger than her. 'Ah, I feel a bit old now.'
"I assume you are Dr. Zhu's sister?" He smiled making his handsome face looks brighter.
"You sure have some informants around here." She put an awkward smile. I feel like being stalked.
"I am Mu Ru Sheng." He held his right hand for a handshake. This is another reason why people don't get close to her. She dislike body contact with someone else except from her close circle and if situation forced her to get close to people. Even if she go for a conference abroad, she would just nodded her head in respect or at least bowed a little.
So, she did just that. She nodded her head and ignored his hand. " I'm sorry, I don't simply shake hands with a stranger." Ru Sheng's smiled also getting wider.

From the opposite of them, a doctor was watching at that two person. He was about to ignore them when he saw the man's hand reaching towards the woman. "Yueling!" The two figures looked at him together at the moment he shouted.
He could see that she seems a bit relief when the man in front of her put down his hand. He walked towards them with a steady pace and stood beside that lady. "You come to meet your brother?"
She nodded. He glanced at her then at the man standing in front of him. He leaned a bit towards her and whispered, "Need help?" She was trying to maintain that not so called a smile on her face. He distanced himself a bit and said,
"It's good that I met you here. I was about to find you at the University. My patient needs some help."
"Ouh, sure. I would be glad to." She answered quickly and put on an apologetic smile before she turn her face towards Ru Sheng.
"Mr Mu, if you can remember correctly, the one that saved you is not me."
Ru Sheng looked kinda frustrated now. Before that night, a shaman told him that he will get into a trouble and the one who saved him is his soulmate. How can it not be her?
"Dr Zhu said it was you. You know, I was looking for my soulmate and I know it is you since you saved me." Ru Sheng's eyes sparkled with hope.
Yueling started to feel her head throbbing when listening to this man. 'Where does that ridiculous thought come from? Whoever instilled it in this man, if I find you, don't imagine to have a peaceful life!' She clenched her hand and took a deep breathe.
"Sir, I think you get a wrong idea here. It's my colleague who saved you. I was with him when we brought you to the hospital." Li Jun who had been listening interrupted them.
"But whatever you want to think, feel free to do so. For now, my patient needs her. Excuse us." He held the lady's hand and pulled her towards the other side of the hall.

At the end of the hallway, he released his grip. "Sorry." He said. She just raised her hand to indicate that 'it is okay'. "Are you going to see my brother just now?", she asked.
"Yes. There was a patient referred to me this morning and I need him to help me with something. He knew the patient."
"Aaa, I see. Well, sorry for delaying you." She bowed her head a little. He is an acquaintance at least. His lips curved a bit more upward. "Yueling, would you like to hear a word of advice?"
She looked up. He is taller than her. Erm, way much taller. 'Am I a dwarf?' She asked herself.
