"So sleepy. Can I just go to bed?" Abidemi whined as she was led to the room. She noticed the night sky was losing darkness. The attendee giggled at Abidemi exhausted words as they started to help remove her clothes.
"No. You are not sleeping in your party clothes." one of the attendees said as Abidemi groaned. " Also you smell of sweat and your makeup will smear if you sleep now."
Abidemi sighed and nodded her head in understanding. They sat her down and quickly wiped up her face with a wet cloth. They dressed her up in a thin white nightgown and trousers.
After that Abidemi was all set for bed. She thanked the attendants as they smiled at her. They quickly left the room as Abidemi let out a long yawn. She lay down on the bed as her eyes grew heavy. Yet sleep didn't come so quickly for the young woman.
