Akeem swallowed heavily as he waited for Abidemi in the foyar. He swallowed heavily and fixed up his outfit a few times. He noticed the attendants were looking his way as he waved at him.
He sighed and looked up at the stairs again.
He was nervous and had no idea why.
This wasn't his first date with Abidemi. He went out with her as Sol before. Heck, he went out with her plenty of times.
She just didn't know it was him at the time.
'By Obseda. I went out with her all the time. Why am I so nervous?' Akeem thought to himself.
"Oh look. Akeem is here." Ming Yue called out which made Akeem's eyes narrowed. Akeem blankly looked at Ming Yue to see she was surrounded by her attendants who had their heads bowed.
Akeem sneered at her while Ming Yue chuckled a bit. "Oh come. Not happy to see me."
