I know that I had promised to come to visit you when the summer started but you would not believe what opportunity was presented to me not even days before I was to start heading home, the Kings eunuch had personally written me a letter writing that he had heard of my work and wished for me to paint a mural of the Royal family.

You understand why I couldn't pass up this request don't you mother? This could be the start of my career, this is the big break that I was waiting for and I could not refuse a request from the King's man himself. I hope that you will not be angry with me for I will come to visit you when the next winter comes, We will go lay under the skies and watch the sun descend and the stars appear like we always did
