Chapter 4 - First day in school 2

When she enters the school she felt like she is dreaming because she never thought that she can join a school like Loyola which has a great reputation . A flashback of the day when she gets letter of getting scholarship came before her eyes make her feel happy once again.Since she is already 10 min late she quickly moves towards the clerk to ask about her classroom. The clerk was a middle age man he looks towards her with affection and instructed her the direction of the classroom.After that she takes pooja hand and pull her towards the stairs quickly. Passing two floor finally she reached the third floor where her classroom is.She turns in left direction and reached the room outside which Std.10A is written on a board in bold blue italics.Class has already begun and teacher is solving the question of Compound interest on blackboard. "May i come in mam", she ask in a firm but with full of politness. Her sound distract the teacher and she looks towards the door ,there two new students were standing and asking for her permission to enter the classroom.Teacher Ella is known for her strict image among students but they are new and today is the first day so she simply gives them permission to enter the classroom. At that time pooja feel a kind of coldness in the eyes of a teacher but when she looked at Aaravi she found that she is as calm as a breeze of ocean. Teacher Ella has information regarding their arrival so she welcomes them as soon as they enter the classroom. She told them to introduce themselves before their classmates. Pooja is quite nervous so she just tell her name and then Aaravi comes in front of them . "Good morning everyone " she greeted all of them firstly and then says "I am Aaravi Roy your new classmate , i am transferred here as a schlorship student and i hope we can get along well in future".When she finished her introduction she saw that none of the student have interest in her and they are busy in their own work which makes her think about her past school where everyone used to greet new student and help them but here everything is different . It seems they think that she doesn't exist in that classroom the disgust in their is very evident in their eyes. Well its quite obvious from the beginning because she is merely a scholarship student who came here for education provided by the school at free cost but they are rich students with a wealthy and powerful background so they don't need to pay attention to a poor girl like her. But even after seeing all these thing Aaravi doesn't feel bad at all she still has a bright smile on her face.
