Outer layer of Dragon Forest is considered as level 2 restricted area where at least you must have power of Gold Rank if you want to travel safely because there was many Gold Rank monster that roam freely and right now there was a person that was chased by Copper-level Rank-3 Copperhide Boar that's right it was our MC Riki Carter.

"Okay Riki because you already Iron level 1 so your first thing to do is build your foundation so your first thing to do is go push up, sit up, squat jump, and run until you can't even move your body" say Ramines
And after that is the Beginning of the Hell for Riki because he must push his body to the limit before he can rest and after rest he will go to the new training.

"Damn this 2 Years is really hell for me, i really jealous for saitama he just need 100 push up, 100 sit up, and 100 squat jump and run 10 km everyday but i need do all until my limit everyday" cursed Riki while he doing push up with one hand while Ramines on his back.
Right in this 2 years Riki was being tortured in many way of physical exercise not only his body was hurt his mind too being harassed with illusion for many times and Ramines always say that was special training for him to improve his mind because many monster have Mind ability like illusion or mind control.

After 2 years hell training Riki physical power already grow to the point he can defeat Iron Rank without Life power while his Cultivation at Copper level rank 5 near Silver Level.
"Good with your foundation right now you can move to the next level but before that i ask you what weapon you like ?" Say Ramines

After hear what Riki want Ramines took out a Sword from his spatial ring then give it to Riki.
"Good right now you have weapon, we can find some monster for your first hunt and it must silver level rank 3" said Ramines
After hear Ramines said Riki face become pale.
"Old man you are really want to kill me right ? to kill monster that 4 minor rank above me even genius in capital cant do that" said Riki
"Hahaha don't worry isnt that just 4 minor rank unless monster reach Gold rank their intelligent still same as normal Beast" said Ramines
