"How is she?" Guan Qing asked, not taking his eyes off Min Chu. There is tenderness in his eyes as he kept grazing her cheeks, sitting beside her with no intention of leaving.
"The doctor said she overworked herself, but overall she is fine," Min Chu's secretary answered.
Guan Qing sighed. "Then why is she still asleep?"
The secretary opens her mouth but no words come out. She did not know how to answer him properly.
"Uh, Big Brother," Amy uttered softly, "I shall inform Daddy of your arrival. He definitely knows Sis-in-law's condition and is waiting for you."
"Okay," is his only reply while holding Min Chu's hand.
Amy gently taps his shoulder and went to Liu Yang's to ask her for company to her Father's office, but Guan Qing's secretary volunteered to do so.
"I'll go call the Director, Miss Amy."
"O-oh, thank you."
The man in a suit, probably in his forties, bowed at Amy and left the room.
