Year's 1275 Chaos Calender....
The Blood moon hung high in the sky, as if looking down on the world in disdain. red lights illuminated the Blood Treant forest. Howls of fierce beast echoed in the vicinity. A team of 3 horse could be seen rushing through the forest at top speed. In the hands of the man leading the team there was a bundle of cloth with a precious package inside. A baby girl. More precisely Aria Ziri, the newly born to Elizabeth & William Ziri. With haste they rushed to Castle Pale-Blood, seeking shelter for the new born. At that speed they arrived at the castle in about 40 minutes time.
A team of 10 guards halted them at the gate. "State your business!" Said a guard wearing bright silver armor, he had a large scar above his right eye. From his disposition you could tell he was a hardened veteran. "We come from Blood Treant Village seeking audience with his Majesty Pale-Blood to pledge our servitude." Declared William with a hint of uneasiness in his voice. "That's all fine an dandy, but we're going to have to search you for weapons and confiscate all your belongings." A large robust guard said, "Hey what's that in the cloth." Another guard in the back if the formation stated. " None of your damn business," Gregory angrily spat through clenched teeth. "W-WHY YOU! What did you say to me you dirty peasant, I'll wipe out your whole family line." Seething in anger, said the guard who asked the question. "They're spies sent to assassinate the Lord, kill em all." Said a guard with a venomous look in his eyes, if one took a good look at him, his tall lanky figure and pointed chin made him look like a snake of man. "What's all this noise out here? I can hear you from my study." " Lord!" Said all guards in unison, they immediately knelt down one knee, with their right fist firmly planted in the ground, not daring to look up. "At ease." " Your lordship these group of people claimed to have come with intention of pledging their servitude to you." Said the veteran with a scar above his eye. " Your lordship, the won't show us what's in the cloth that man is holding. I believe they are spies sent to claim your Lordships life." Said the snake like man who was disrespected earlier. "hmmm, spies you say,". Siegfried raise his left eyebrow in a questioning tone. " Actually your majesty, the contents of this cloth is the reason we are here," said William as he revealed the precious cargo inside.
" A BABY!?" All guardes said in unison. "My wife Elizabeth just gave birth to her not to long ago, bu-but she died in the process due to some kind of Awakening. She has a dual colored Halo. "ahhh," the scarred veteran gasped, "d-d-d-dual attribute affinity." He stuttered out. "Hahaha, very interesting, it seems the havens have blessed me with two geniuses." Siegfried chuckled out loud, " This is a good seedling, I will accept her and your servitude. Please come into the castle, I'll prepare the best servant courtyard for you." "Yes your majesty," the trio said in unison. The group of four walked through the castle gates at a leisurely pace. "Close the gates! and don't let anyone in till morning" Siegfried bellowed. "Yes your lordship," gears begun grinding, slowly the massive 20 meter tall gates began closing. After a fee minutes a loud thud could be heard, firmly sealing Castle Pale-Blood off from the rest of the world.
Year 1277 Chaos Calender....
Death, mayhem, fires ablaze as far as the eyes could see. Dread filled all who gazed upon such a disastrous scene. Many people could be seen running for their lives in search of a safe haven. Countless shadows decended upon them in swarms, reaping lives where ever they touched. A valiant youth could be seen blocking the path to the fleeing horde of people. In his hand a strange thin blade could be seen in this hand. If one were to look closely at his features they would see he had crimson red hair and piercing light green eyes. The expression on his face was as if he had seen such a simillar situation before, nethier shock or confusion was present. He turned around and smirked in a particular direction as if saying 'no problem, I got this.'
Startled awake from the nightmare, Aria sat up in her bed, cold sweat drenched her body. Fear apparent on her face. She had a peculiar ability to see into the future. Not even Aria's parents were aware of the ability at the time of her birth. She is not able to control her ability fully as she can only see events that will heavly impact the world or those around her. But, Aria being only 2 years old still had oppertunitys for improvement.
At first she thought it was just nightmares common for little children. But, she had a nagging feeling that it was more than that. Aria had high intelligence for someone her age, so it wasn't too hard for her to dudce this. Two days ago her suspicions were confirmed when the Duke came to visit her father, aunt and uncle. He came many times before but this time was different. There was extra person, a little boy. He was the same age as her, but strange enough he was walking around like a normal person which ment his intellect was the same, if not higher than hers. When Aria saw his face, then it hit her, realization that she wasn't having random nightmares, for that person in her dream was little boy infront of her. He had the same crimson red hair and light green eyes.
"Alright little ones you go into the next room and play while the grown ups talk." Aria and the little boy proceeded into the next room, closing the door behind them. They could hear a little chatter on the to her side of the door but couldn't make out what was being said. One must know vampires had really sensitive ears and could hear a good distance away from them. Hence every house built for vampires was thoroughly soundproofed by builders using a secret method.
"Hi my name is Godfrey Pale-Blood, what's your name?" The little boy extend his hand out for a handshake. "My name is Aria Ziri," said Aria confused at what he was trying to do with his gesture. Seeing her not shaking his hand he quickly said, " Ohh I almost forgot no one knows this custom, I'm not quite sure were I saw this but it's a form of greeting between people that you are just meeting and are trying to establish good relations with. She slowly pushed her hand forward and shook his hand very awkwardly. " Hey do you want to be my friend, your the only one that doesn't treat me like I'm a divine being, they're always call me 'your highness' or 'Prince.' Plus I find you interesting, you have a mature aura around you despite being the same age as me. "Okay, I'll be your friend," Aria awkwardly smiled, but on the inside she was screaming.
" THE PRINCE! I was just casually talking to the prince." She inwardly thought. The door swung open as Duke Siegfried walked in. "Ohh, you two seem to be getting along well," he said with a slight smile. "Aria, I was just telling your parents that you should move into the inner courtyards with my son. You have talent and I feel it's best if you get the proper training you deserve. Plus my son's quite lonely and doesn't have anyone to play with. That way I can nurture you two together. What do you say to this little one?" "I think that's fine as I would like to get to know Godfrey better and broaden my horizon. "Good, now that's settled let me show you to your new home, come-come let's go." The trio walked out of the room and exited the home, on their way to the prince's courtyard.
