Chapter 7 - Where it first began

Taejoon's sinister aura filled the air, watching all the files now turned into ashes made him feel pleased.

'This man is so terrifying, how can he smile as the image of others are being burnt in flames?' Assistant Nam was quavering in fear rethinking his life choices. He trained himself physically and mentally only to be struck with pure fear nothing could prepare him for this.

"Assistant Nam, from now on keep an eye on my Father. Warn me when ever he decides to come and play his games." Taejoon said as he gave assistant Nam a killing gaze.

"Y...yes I'll order some men to keep a watchful eyes on him."

- Month later -

"Yonna I'm here, can't you at least see me at the door." Haru said as she shook her shoes off, running towards the couch to become one like a potato.

Yonna invited Haru over just so she could show her the surprise of her life.

She could trust Haru it was the only person she could put faith into, in her circle people all around her couldn't be trusted.

"I'll be out in a bit, sorry didn't know you'd come so quickly." Yonna said as she snickered underneath her breath.

Yonna quietly stepped toward the living room were Haru was at, she wore a shirt that showed her now 7 month pregnant stomach.

Haru was looking at her phone while she laid lazily on the couch waiting for Yonna to show up. "Hey what took you so long." As Haru slowly looked up all she saw was a women with short bobbed hair and a huge belly.

Yonna laughed viewing Haru's shocked expression. Haru was in so much shock that she forgot she had her phone in her hands, dropping the phone and landing onto her face waking her back to reality.

"Y..Y...YOU WHAT...WHAT'S GOING ON!!!!! Did you swallow a bomb or something, your stomach is so huge have you gone to see a doctor yet."

Haru didn't want to accept the fact her soul friend was pregnant. Haru still thought Yonna and her were still in the same mind set of a child.

"Surprise your going to be a aunt to twins so be prepared to help change dippers." Yonna said as she opened her arms out like she was about to embrace someone.

Haru could only give a simple face palm as her response.

"So is the father Taejoon." Haru only squeezing the skin under her brows.

"Yeah he's the father of my children, but he doesn't know I'm pregnant yet. I just want to keep it a secret tell I know he's in a more stable mind set."

"Aren't you worried he might not want to take responsibility of your unborn kids." Haru was frustrated with Yonna,. In her eyes they themselves were still children she only wanted the best for her, she didn't want someone as pure as Yonna to get broken. She heard to many stories of men not wanting to take responsibility of their own doing.

Yonna only looked out the window as the sunlight hit directly on her face.

"It's fine, I know what I'm doing and I trust Taejoon. But to be truthful I don't know what's going to happen in the future but I need to trust myself and stay on the right track."

Hearing that made Haru's heart squeeze tightly. 'Even though we act so so childish how come right now you look so mature.'

After explaining everything that went on in the last 7 months they both continued to talk.

"Why didn't you tell me sooner, gosh what's with that brain of yours really. But I would have done the exact thing you did, you know how it is for us kids in Koreas influenced families just one secret that gets out reporters are going to pop up out of no where and your image is going to show up everywhere on news and many people are just going to criticize you for something so little, you just got to love society."

"I'm already aware of that, that's why I kept it away from my family the fewer people that know I'm pregnant the less I'll be targeted. I trust my family but they might have the slip of the tongue and word will break out that I got pregnant with no father to claim the babies. I don't want people to look down on my kids and make their future dull, I could careless if they talk smack about me but not my children."

"Wow such a commitment I'm so proud of you mama."
