Tria wasn't wrong to say that the emperor would comply, after all, who would refuse to host the only priestess in the Lands, capable of divine miracles, revered throughout the land, and now even a priestess capable of killing a God who had plagued the lands with evil and chaos.
"The priestess?" the emperor asked Crei who was sitting across from him in his imperial study.
Crei nodded and nonchalantly said," or would you prefer not, I can always refer the priestess to the Lord of the moon if-
"Oh, I never said no, I was just too excited to say yes, haha very good very good. I appreciate you doing this for the Sun Land, but could I maybe ask how you got in contact with the priestess?" Emperor asked with a large smile.
Crei smiled.
"You will get the answer to that on the day of the banquet, oh also, do invite Ra Ashir along with his family, I wouldn't want them to miss this occasion," Crei said before getting up to leave.
"Ra Ashir? He's been demoted, his rank doesn't qualify for this?' Emperor Chen said nervously because although it was known publicly that Ra Ashir was behind his two sons' death, as the emperor of the kingdom, he knew it was Ra Ashir's doing, and inviting him to the banquet made him nervous.
"Not to worry, he will not be able to make a move there," Crei assured, understanding Emperor Chen's concerns. Even if Ra Ashir wanted to he would be able to do anything.
Speaking of the devil, Ra Ashir at the moment was waiting at Seti's restaurant for a meeting with the priestess. Late, the night before, he received the invitation from the priestess, in regards to his request to see her.
Ra Ashir was fidgeting nervously because he was about to meet such an influential figure. His group had missed the priestess entering the city, that was how powerful the priestess was, to be capable of being undetected. Anyways, he was nervous, but as well as excited, because his eyes were about to be cured.
He waited another two hours, which seemed like an eternity for him before he heard a pattern of knocks against the door.
'She's here,' he thought and quickly got up to get the door.
Walking in, was a woman, wearing a beautiful long red dress, with a veil covering her head showing only her golden eyes.
"P-priestess! Oh, revered priestess!" Ra Ashir loudly prayed, kneeling on the ground in reverence.
Pity that he could not see the so familiar eyes, and not to mention the satisfied smile under the veil on the person's face, Tria of course.
"Sir. Ashir, please stand, here have a sit," Tria said, supporting him back to his chair.
"Oh my humble self cannot accept such gestures, thank you! thank you!" thanked Ra Ashir playing the role of a humble old man.
Tria did not say anything and simply had gone to close the door, after letting in Chukah. Ra Ashir, the sound of the second footsteps in the room.
"Oh you are not alone?" he asked.
"My guardian is always with me," Tria answered before continuing," So tell me, Sir Ashir, what can I do for you?"
'Guardian?' Ra thought, he did not know this piece of information, and she also said that that person was always with her, since they said that she had killed a god, was it this guardian's doing? He did not have time to think of this at the moment, his eyes were a priority.
"Oh revered priestess, this humble one has gone, and I was hoping to meet you and see if you could possibly heal this old one, my children are still young, and this father's greatest sadness to not be able to see them grow up," he quickly said, he had rehearse this line multiple times, he was hoping to touch the priestess's heart, but her next words shocked him.
"Healing your eyes is easy, and I could care less why you want to see again, I just want to know what you are willing to trade in return."
If he was hoping to touch Tria's heart, he kind of did, because she couldn't wait to laugh her heart out when she's out of there, 'What? You're sad because you won't be able to see your children grow up? Let's see what you are willing to give up for such a humble cause since you love your children so much, father.'
