Chapter 9 - Freedom

"I have a whatsApp Account."

There were two girls sitting in the corner of the library. Though they sat close, their appearance was odd to each another. Of course, they both were representing Asians. But not in the similar way. The one who looked a modern Indian Beauty was wearing a casual blue shirt and pant, a light make up on face with red lips. The thick black groomed eyebrows, big deep eyes and the long and perfectly curved eyelashes were the charming point of hers, combining with the side combed open smooth hair. Also there was two colored bangles in her left. But that was for the girl next to her too. Compared to the first, the other looked more soft and gentle. It can be because of her overall formations. Rather than representing vast of the Indians, she was obviously looking like one of the East- Asians. So, she had more delicate composition with a refreshing image. Opposed to the typical Indian views over the Mongols form, her sharp features were strongly defying them. She had also those big eyes, long lashes, thick and designed eyebrows, double eyelids, sharp nose and a considerable height. She was wearing floral printed blouse and middle length retro skirt. Her hair were tied up in ponytail, while some of the untamed curling in the front of her forehead and side of the cheeks, adding more beauty to it.

Before them there were a small pile of books. The assignment book was closed. Surely either they already finished their work, or yet to start their work. And now for the moment, they had their mobile phones in their hand. Their voices were low and slumping forward, to avoid the eyes of librarian.

"Of course I know. And I also know, you are not comfortable of exchanging your numbers with others. Tell me, what should I suggest you then?" the first girl was trying to pursue the second to have a social account.

"But it's not necessary" the second girl tried to refuse "I am really Ok, like as it is now."

'Ishita, listen! There are so many funny things. And they are so attractive. And the people too, very open and interesting. They will never feel you boring. Besides, you can choice the things as you wish. Believe me, once you enter, you will enjoy it very much." The first girl cited.

"But the people you are talking about, are not reliable – I know. They are just there for fun. They don't take responsibility of others. And I don't like that kind of hollowness." Ishita tried to reason her.

"Exactly, that's what I wanted to point out. People there are not reliable, because no one has to take any responsibility of others. Everyone is free there to control their own preferences according to their wish, none is answerable to anyone. That's a kind of independence and freedom. People there, don't know exactly one another. But if they wish to do, they can either. It's like going to a large and crowded market. You can pick up the things, if are interested. Otherwise leave them. You are fully allowed to roam every corner of it freely, no one is gonna blame you for that. Peoples are passing you frequently, but you can choose, whom to ask. Does not that sound like entering in a wonderful world, where you can do everything, and no one asks you why and whats!" she is quite optimistic.

"I don't need them really! I have enough independence now. And am more than happy." Ishita looked timid, but she insisted on refusing.

Kritika's expression turned to serious, "Ishita, I know you and understand you - what are you fearing. And this is not gonna solve anything. You know - I will not force you to do anything difficult for you. But I am worried about you. Just let yourself be relaxed at sometimes. Don't need to be tough all the time. Try to let off your guards even for just a little bit. People around you are not all that scary. Try to understand them. At least, you trust me right? She looked at her eyes for the answer.

"Of course!" Ishita answered immediately as well, "Beside Papa and Uncle, there is only you, I trust." she looked genuine.

"Then can you trust the people, I have trust, in the future?" kritika understand well to take the things slowly.

Ishita looked confused. She couldn't understand, why she need to trust the people, Kritika trusts! She is really okay in her present world. So, she was thinking, if it is okay to decide the things in that way.

"Tell me" kritika hurried up, as she saw her hesitating, "or, you think that, I am not capable in recognizing people?" anyhow she has to get her nod in "yes" in this matter.

"I don't want to mean that! But.." she hesitated again for a bit then said, "okay, I will try". At last, she gave in.

"Good girl!" Kritika patted Ishita's shoulder satisfactorily. "now, let's go, I will treat you a good meal today." There were a accomplishing smile in her face.

"No" Ishita inhibited, "you often treat me meals. Today, I will treat you."

"That's nonsense!" Kritika directly discarded the remark. "Why said to you, to use your brain cells, in remembering such insignificant things? Anyway, it's me and my mood – who will decide, who should treat the meal." She said quite showing her might. Ishita only smiled silently. "Now don't waste time anymore. I am quite hungry." She dragged her out of the library.

In the outside, the uninterrupted dark clouds were now segmenting slowly as passing by, gradually rising the hope to see again the bright sun, peeping out from those depressing scenery.

The cold breeze were blowing. That was chilling but refreshing, but also raising the longing for a warmth, in the mind - which has no special significance in the normal circumstances. Definitely, Human creature is the strange creature in the world. There is always hunger for the opposite situations in their nature!
