I wake up from what felt like a long lucid dream. I feel sticky all over my body. Feeling my face with my right limb, I froze momentarily. Eh? It's blood and... Oh yes, I am a cute bunny. No, no no, I am trapped inside a cute bunny.
I guess this creature that can be called a host drank some of that blood while I was sleeping, how disgusting. I bet these disgusting creatures would be wiling to eat their own mothers... Oh, those bastards who killed the only thing important to me... It was very convenient, and they just take the only thing I liked from me. My crappy mother didn't need to smack me as hard as she did either. Those bastards... For killing her.... I wish I could beat them all up, but I don't even know who or what killed that damnable mother either.
Thinking about that quest information I read for the failed quest, I remember that it was mentioned that it was a human who killed her. Maybe I am just dreaming, will wake up, and can ignore or redo what might just be a premonition. No, I already know that is not true. Those fuckers need to die.
I need to leave this dark and gloomy den filled with dried blood. Maybe a change of environment would be good for my emotions and mental health.
I never noticed, but one of the paths of the den had been enlarged to a point where I don't think this den is actually safe or hidden.
I decided to choose one of the smallest exit holes. Crawling down the path, I kept thinking about what had happened and what I should do next. It was slow progress, but I eventually reachi what was a dead end. I think this was an incomplete exit that was still being built. Having to backtrack and picking the other tunnel was very annoying. If this so called other tunnel exit also leads to a dead end, I will be very very annoyed.
Crawling for what felt like forever. Crawling. Crawling. I finally saw some light at the end of the tunnel. As I kept traveling to the end, I started to hear what I presumed to be light rain. The exit was covered with long grass under a large bush. I also noted that my eyesight is good, and it is my night vision that is poor.
After looking at the nearby grasses, I realize that I do not have to necessarily worry too much about food. I should be a herbivore. In my original world rabbits can eat grass, twigs, or even bark. I am not a palate safety connoisseur for nothing after all, I know a little something something even about animal dietary needs. If I remember correctly - seeds, nuts, fatty vegetables and fruits are no-nos. Rabbits can eat anything a human can, well, not really. I will just stay away from everything I am not so sure about, just to be safe. I do not think I really have the strength to travel far from my den, let alone standing or walking a single step. It would be safe for me just to eat the nearby grasses and twigs from the bush.
Luckily, I do see a nearby puddle caused form the rain. The rain is more of a constant drizzle and sprinkle than anything. Crawling to the puddle I saw, I attempted to reach the water when I accidentally fell in. I got my mouthful of water, but at what cost? I dragged my body back into the den.
Now my body is cold, wet and lethargic. I don't really want to do anything until I warm up. I contemplate just lying down and resting. I should probably not go to sleep, but the fatigue is also at 94%. I probably could eat something from nearby like some grass then come back and go to sleep. I started to eat some of the long grass. Chewing the grass with my jaw was a difficult task all in it self when you ignore the awful taste of the grass. After finishing a second mouthful of grass, I knew that only two mouthfuls wasn't going to be enough energy for me. However, I don't think I have the energy to eat a larger quantity of the food. I am after all still an infant rabbit who was still drinking liquid food and just born. I hope my stomach can handle this little bit of food, else I might just die.
I crawled back into the den. I guess I can check out my stats and quest progress before going to bed.

Quest: Mental Fatigue
- Fatigue is a mix of mental and physical stress applied on the body.
- You Need to exhaust your body to separate the two types of stress.
- Gain 80% Fatigue with only physical activities (2/20)
- Gain 80% Fatigue with only mental activities (1/20)
- Reward: Upgrade to separate the two types of fatigues.
And now I know, Reaching above 100% is completely possible; and I don't care anymore. It's time for some sleep.
I wake up sore, I guess I should check those stats real quick.

Fatigue: 30%
And the fuck bullshit is this? I just wake up and my stats have not fully healed yet, and my fatigue is almost half full. I don't know if this is the consequence for going over 100% or not. I would like to note I am very hungry.
*Screech*
I hear what I can only guess is a very, very, very large bird; or even a small dragon. The sound was frighteningly loud. I will just stay put hunger and all for maybe two hours. So I sit here. I had an interesting thought, what If I tire and fatigue myself out from too much thinking or thinking too hard? Oh my fucking god, the paranoia will kill me... I should stop thinking negative thoughts when scared and hungry, but I can't help it. I end up day dreaming and napping while waiting out the hunger.
After waiting what felt like days (30 minutes), I decided that enough time had passed by, I am not going that far from the den either way. I do not actually know if that loud screech was from a flying creature or not, but either way I do not actually think that the creature would care about a small thing like me either way. I am going to eat, I am too hungry to care at this point.
Perking and motivating myself the best I can, I would eat some nearby green grass. My body still had some pain from when that bitch of a mother tossed me aside. At some point I had fallen asleep.
Waking up in the dark, the surroundings had a much different sound. I think I need to be more quiet than I was in the daytime; not that I think I made a commotion or noise I think was loud. However, I don't know what's out there.
I think I can eat with no issues, but I'll stay away from water and liquids during the night. I had my first urge needing to use the bathroom. Ugh, so damnable. Such inconvenience being a rabbit. I started to make my way a few minutes into the den. I had no better place than here I guess. I need to make sure the smell doesn't give away my location. Having random droppings outside in the open isn't good. I am also terrified of leaving the den to relieve myself in the dark. I used to not like the dark, but I think the unknown is much more scary.
I finished doing my business, and it was not a success. I didn't have an issue with the droppings, but I ended up with urine on myself... I already know that this will be a reoccurring issue.
I make my way back to the entrance of my den.
Whenever I was hungry I would eat. Whenever I had energy I would move the best I could. During daylight hours, I always made it a point to drink enough liquid for the night. As the days went by, the original pain from my injury disappeared. By day 4 my body was very sore from the excessive muscle pains. I think I might have gone a little overboard on moving my body whenever I had spare energy.
I spent the entire 4th day relaxing and napping.
On day 5, I woke up. I felt much better after relaxing the previous day. I did what little routine I had going after waking up. Checking my surroundings, drinking some water, eating a little, and then walking back to check my status page and do the only nonphysical activity I knew.
I noticed I've been eating away the concealment around my den's entrance. Maybe switching from a clear cut method to sparely eating the nearby vegetation might be a better idea in the future. Before I had the opportunity to even leave the watering hole (the puddle) after drinking some water, something new happened.
*Ding* Quest: "Run away from home" added to quest book.
I immediately checked the quest.
Quest: Run away from home
- A bird that belongs to a human has seen the effects of over harvesting near your home's entrance. The bird is watching you.
- Return home leisurely

- Escape and travel a minimum of 600 feet (0.0/600)
- Hide (0/1)
Hint: Select a location that has soft ground.
- You have 8 minutes (0:08/8:00)
- Reward: Compass upgrade for interface
It was time to act. I even noticed the issue this morning. Why didn't I notice yesterday? Too late to cry over spilt milk. I crawled back into the den. After staring at my quest, I had the chance to read more of it. I only red the first few lines before I had started to go back to the den. It was time to run away from home as quickly as possible.

I was initially surprised when I noticed that 1 minute visual timer was just removed off my quest, but I will worry about that another time. I started traveling just some random direction. Maybe I'll get lucky with another water hole nearby.
Rushing like I was, I had moments where I was able to stand before falling again. If I had not been able to get rest and relax my muscles the day prior, I do not really think I would have been able to make it as far as I have so far. Rushing as fast as my body would take me, I pushed my body even harder. I do not even think I was traveling 1.5 mph, but I hope I will make it in time.
- Escape and travel a minimum of 600 feet (467.1/600)
- Escape and travel a minimum of 600 feet (570.7/600)
- Escape and travel a minimum of 600 feet (601.4/600)
Then I saw a good bush to hide under.

I did not expect that the rewards could upgrade like it had. A small boon, knowing about how the rewards worked as well as the actual rewards themselves.

- build a new den

I'll rest for a bit. Chew on some of the nearby bush... After what felt like an hour, I checked my stats.
Stats:
Strength: (1.3/2.3)/5
Vitality: (1.0/4.1)/5
Dexterity: (0.4/0.6)/5
Agility: (0.7/1.4)/5
Intelligence: (1.9/2.4)/5
Wisdom: (0.9/1.5)/5
Luck: (?/?)/?
Fatigue: 61%
Well, I do feel much better and the status shows good overall improvements compared to my previous stats. I think I can choose this location for my spot for my new home for now. I can always make a new one later. While resting I was able to hear what sounded like a nearby stream, which was the major reason why I think this location isn't necessarily a bad location. The ground is soft enough where even I think I can make a new den with this weak body. However, I need to be more careful with other creatures near the stream, considering the fact that creatures will gather around the large water source. I also do not have to worry about the smell of my urine and bile. There is so many creatures going over this area where I do not think that my small presence will be noticed. I should still be careful though.
I know there were some other important things I had attempted to mentally note, but I don't remember what they were... I'll go ahead and check out my other active quest that I know I've made progress in.

I might have been melodramatic over the last few days. I don't know if mental stress is counted towards the fatigue measured for mental activities, but I know physical stress is; well, I think it is.
I had never gone camping before in my previous life. There is a saying, the home is where the heart is... I do not think that this is a very good expression... I once heard that homeless people will call themselves outdoor-people, because they live in a tent and have a home. Some people will say they might be transient between homes, but I am truly homeless...
I miss my apartment... My fridge... Warm food... Warm bed... The comforts of life....
I guess I will live like a beast for the night and just sleep under a rock... Well, I actually do not have a rock, so a bush it is...
