Nash and friends looked dumbfounded. They really thought that all these didn't make any sense. What on earth was a parallel world? In this modern world, who could believe in that kind of nonsense? Then the old man continued, "Well, I think you'll believe me if I show you the world myself. First, use these watch." The old man gave one watch each to them.
"Wait wait wait.. who are you old man?" Bagas asked. The old man seems to forget to introduce himself. "My name is Noah Brown. I'm an exception tasked by WEO or World Exception Organization to make sure a new exception be able to understand their new circumstances. Just put on that watch and I'll show you the parallel world." They put those watch on. Actually, their face had no expression and looked like they were just being hypnotized by someone.
After they put that watch on, suddenly the restaurant where they were in before changed to some kind of forest. They fell down to the ground because the chair that they were sitting on before already gone. They looked each other make sure that they were not the only one confused by the thing that happens.
"Welcome to Orth. This is the parallel world of the Earth." Noah saw his watch, the same watch that these kids used.
"I'll send you guys some documents. You can read it as an introduction letter, set up your devices quickly. After this, there will be a vehicle picking us to the New Zealand HQ." The kids started to turn on their watch and a screen suddenly appears in front of their face just like a hologram but just the user that able to saw and used it. This watch called X-Watch but as an Exception, they just called it the watch.

"Yes, you will see some attributes of yourself just like what you usually see when you played a game. Register my ID as your protector so no one will attack you while in Orth. This protector feature only lasts a year so every new exception could survive in the first year and study everything in order to get used in Orth for the first year. Once this protector feature is off everyone can attack you while you are outside the Main City. But this thing rarely happen." Noah gave his ID number to the kids and be their protector for a year.
The vehicle arrived. They picked up by some kind of bus with a futuristic design. Noah sat beside the driver, it looked like the driver came from the same organization with Noah while the kids sat at the most behind and they went to Main City nearby. While in the vehicle the kids had a small conversation.
"Wait. I'm not dreaming right?" Bagas asked others. Noah and Via shook their head.
"If these things were true, it will be amazing." Nash felt excited about it because he was a gamer and living his dream was always be great for him. "Yeah, I think so, at least there is something new that we do." Via replied.
"Hey what is your status?" Nash asked his friends.
"Here is mine." Via showed hers to their friends.
"Whoa, Fire at exceptional level!" Bagas excited after seen Via's status.
"Hmm, mine is normal at all aptitude." Nash disappointed at his status because there wasn't any aptitude that showed exceptional or high.
"But yours is good Nash, you can do anything." Said Bagas.
"Yeah, I'm someone who called jack of all trades and master of nothing." More disappointed feeling in Nash mind.
"We don't really know what this thing stands for." Via tried to calm Nash.
"That's true!" Bagas replied in a hurry. Via and Bagas know that Nash in a bad mood right now.
"Why don't we ask Noah when we arrived?" Via gave a suggestion. Perhaps this is the only thing that could make Nash better.
"For sure, but he already gave us some documents earlier for us to read. I think right now we can read it first." Bagas replied.
They opened their email on their watch. This device was really easy to use for a newcomer. Everything here is very intuitive. Why nowadays tech wasn't as intuitive as this.
They read all the documents fast because there wasn't any specific information here. It only contains some basic rules and currency. The basic rules already told by Noah and the currency is different from what used on Earth. Here we used Coin as the primary currency. We could buy anything with coin and this coin is a digital currency, didn't have any physical appearance. If every transaction was digital and used watch to be done, how if the watch broke? Actually, the watch was only used by a newcomer and a protector because of its protector safety feature that only provided by the watch. And what about the other? They used a chip that transplanted into the user's brain. That means if someone dies then his/her chip broke.
Finally, the bus arrived at the Main City nearby. Corner City. This city had an enormous gate and wall, seven meters high and ten meters long. Its color was clear white, like a white ceramic, so majestic. This city was also known as The White Gate City because its main color is white, but There were many soldiers at the top of the gate and the wall, standing still, but not having a gun with them. Inside was like a normal big city on Earth. Their uniform diverse from white to pitch black. The white uniform soldiers were many in numbers and the gray and black fewer. The white uniform was a lower rank and the pitch black was in a higher rank.
"Welcome to corner City kids. The White City. Here you will learn anything about Orth for a year alongside many others newcomer." Noah looked behind "We'll go to the HQ."
"Sir, how can I go home? I'm not yet asking for permission from my mom." Bagas asked. Indeed, they were running away right after exited their school and then Noah suddenly appeared and brought them here.
"Ah, you right, you will be here just for a moment to do the administration. Then you can go home. We will take care of the administration on Earth so you can be on Orth every day at least for a year. Don't be afraid of your parents, we will take care of this matter too, you can call them as you will, just don't tell them this secret or we will know if you violate this rule as long as you put on your watch and you will not be able to come back to Orth ever." Noah explained carefully.
After a while, the bus finally arrived at the HQ. This HQ was the most extensive building here. It was located at the center of the city.
"Welcome kids." A woman in a pencil skirt at her forties welcome them.
