The Tower of Plague was a large and powerful magic weapon the Dark Shrine used to create Undead. Similar to the Tower of Holy Light, which could bless everyone, grant blessings to the surrounding inhabitants, heal injuries and dispel illness, the function of the Tower of Plague was to let living humans and wild beasts gradually decay and die. Then, it would revive the dead creatures to become Undead Warriors of the Dark Shrine, the lackeys of darkness.
Holy Church had a regulation, which stipulated that any person who destroyed the Tower of Plague would be able to receive rewards such as experience points, reputation, equipment, or to let a Priest to randomly bless one once.
Currently, Lin Jie was at level 30. If he destroyed the Tower of Plague, he believed it would be enough for him to raise his level up to 31!
