For the rest of the day, Tang Hao along with Ling Mengyu and Lin Lan patrolled around Yokohama putting some thugs behind bars, saved a few students and took down pets from rooftops before going back to Lin Lan's hero agency
That evening, Tang Hao sparred with Ling Mengyu on the rooftop of the building before having dinner then headed home via Lin Lang's Maserati as she told him to bring his training gear. Upon arriving at home, Tang Hao took off his mask and is greeted by his parents. "Hao er, did you enjoy the first day of your intern? Did you have dinner? I saw you on the news for a bit before you disappeared in the midsts of an interview." Su Xue said
"I've already had dinner at Mengyu's place, her mother even dropped me off personally." Tang Hao replied. "Alright, you can go upstairs now." Su Xue said
Tang Hao then went upstairs to his room and changed into his training gear before working out and practicing his martial arts. After an hour or two, Tang Hao brushed his teeth and then changed into his pajamas before sitting crossed legged on his bed and cultivated
After 20 minutes of cultivating, Tang Hao could feel his qi increasing rapidly. He briefly thought to himself inside his spiritual sea "Looks like I'm about to have a breakthrough, the last time I broke through was during the sports festival not so long ago. I should consolidate my cultivation so that it doesn't affect my foundation and impact my future achievements."
Shortly afterward, Tang Hao made a breakthrough to the 6th layer of the Qi Condensation stage. He then begun at consolidate his cultivation for a bit before opening his eyes. "Hmm it's already the middle of the night, I guess I'll practice using the Mysterious Perplexing Step." Tang Hao thought
Woosh* Woosh* Taking steps in complex patterns used to confuse the enemy, Tang Hao begun perfectly coordinating his legs with each step. Seeing that he made a minor breakthrough in the technique, Tang Hao stopped and begun practicing the Heavenly Jade Hand technique

The next morning at 4am, Tang Hao changed into his running clothes and begun running. After running 10 km, he ran back home and changed into his hero suit and had breakfast before waiting for Lin Lan to pick him up with a bag in hand
Beep* Beep* The horn of a car could be heard, a white Mesarati then parked in front of Tang Hao. Tang Hao then opened the door and got in before Lin Lan drove off to Yokohama. Inside the car, Lin Lan asked as she drove "Looks like you brought them like I asked."
"Yea, I didn't forget. Are we not going to patrol today?" Tang Hao asked "We will but not for long, today you two will spend most of your time sparring." Lin Lan replied
"Oh, ok then.." Tang Hao said as he looked out the window

Upon arriving in the Hero Agency, the trio were greeted again by the maids and butlers in unison. Tang Hao then went into another room to change out of his hero suit and into his training gear. Though it's called training gear it really is just a tank top and sweat pants
Tang Hao then went to the rooftop to spar with Ling Mengyu. After a few hours of sparring, Tang Hao thought to himself "Oh? Looks like I'm close to breaking through again. I must be both type of geniuses that can cultivate fast and make breakthroughs during battle."
Tang Hao then sat down crossed legged and begun to make a breakthrough. Upon waking up, Lin Lan stood in front of him and said "Oh? You broke through to the 7th layer of Qi Condensation? Alright since your done sparring, It's time for me to have a little fun."
"Fun?" Tang Hao asked "You and Mengyu can both come at me together." Lin Lan replied as she smiled showing off her jade white teeth
"Ah!? This...." Tang Hao replied, he then looked at Ling Mengyu as she nodded to him

Ling Mengyu and Tang Hao stood parallel to each other with Lin Lan standing 30 meters away from them with her arms crossed. The two then faced each other and nodded before disappearing from their spot
Tang Hao appeared in front of Lin Lan and Ling Mengyu appeared behind her, Tang Hao used the Heavenly Jade Hand technique and threw a punch at Ling Lan whilst Ling Mengyu used a sword art to slash her mother Pow* Pow* Lin Lan stopped Tang Hao's punch with 1 finger and grabbed Ling Mengyu's sword with her other hand
Using her powerful cultivation base at the 1st layer of the Golden Core stage, Lin Lan sent a palm at the two sending them flying back. Ling Mengyu then stopped herself with her flying sword and jumped onto it whilst Tang Hao spun back and propelled forward using lightning and sent a kick
Lin Lan then moved from her spot and appeared behind Tang Hao sending a palm to his back which sent him flying at Ling Mengyu on her sword. Bang* Crash* Ling Mengyu and Tang Hao crashed into each other with Ling Mengyu lying down flat on the floor and Tang Hao lying on top of her
He then got up and looked at Ling Mengyu's face for a few seconds before Lin Lan said as she giggled "Oho? Flirting with my daughter in front of me?". Tang Hao then jumped up quickly then used his Mysterious Perplexing Step for the first time in real combat
Seeing Tang Hao's movement technique, Lin Lan said "Oh? The Tang Sect's Mysterious Perplexing Step?". She then stood still on the spot as Tang Hao appeared beside her and cut down at her with his lightning sword
Lin Lan then grabbed his sword and punched him in the stomach before elbowing his back. Bang* The floor cracked creating a spider web like look. Seeing that Tang Hao is out of the fight, Ling Mengyu used her quirk and picked up Tang Hao using metal lining and sent a whirlwind at Lin Lan. Ling Mengyu then used her greatest sword technique and slashed the air creating Sword qi visible to the naked eye
Lin Lan stood still and closed her eyes briefly before opening them again and used a palm technique to send Fist qi that instantly destroyed the Sword qi and hitting Ling Mengyu
Lin Lan who won the fight said "Ara? I didn't even break a sweat, you two will need to work harder to catch up. In the future you will surely reach my level." Lin Lan then shrugged as she picked the two up and carried them into her office
