After a while, Tang Hao woke up and saw Ling Mengyu already awake and sitting crossed legged on the couch across him and recovering from their battle. Seeing that he woke up, Lin Lan said "Oh ur awake, recover your qi and then we will go out." Tang Hao then nodded and sat crossed legged on the couch to recover his energy
Once he recovered from his injuries, Tang Hao got up and changed into his hero costume and prepared to go out with Lin Lan and Ling Mengyu. They then went down the elevator and into the Mesarati and went on patrol
Inside the backseat of the car, Tang Hao thought to himself "Tomorrow's the day huh, Midoriya, Todoroki and Iida will be facing the Hero Killer Stain whilst Endeavor and Gran Torino fight the weaker nomu's."
Tang Hao then asked Lin Lan if he could go off on his own the next day, "Ma'am may I go somewhere tomorrow?". "Where to?" Lin Lan replied in the driver seat. "Hosu." Tang Hao said
After a few moments, Lin Lan said "No." as she continued to drive. "But." Tang Hao said "No buts." Lin Lan interrupted. After driving for a bit, Lin Lan found a place to park her car and changed into her hero costume

After Lin Lan finished changing, the trio patrolled around Yokohama. After walking around for a bit, police sirens were heard about a kilometer away from the trio's location. They then followed the sounds of the sirens and caught up with it before arriving at a shopping mall
The trio saw a couple Pro Heroes standing outside at the entrance, a man wearing a thick black coat that reaches his knees and a mask looked down from the rooftop and shouted "We demand nothing but for this man to die! Today no one will stop us! I've planted a bomb somewhere within the building and you'll never find it!"
The man then jumped to another rooftop and escaped before being chased down by Ling Mengyu who flew off on her flying sword. Tang Hao thought to himself "A bomb? I may be able to trace it down by using my spiritual sense, let's have a go." Before using his spiritual sense to search around the entire mall
After a few seconds of searching, Tang Hao still couldn't find it even with his spiritual sense. "I searched around the entire mall and I couldn't even find a trace of it." Tang Hao thought. He then turned to Lin Lan next to him who seems to be concentrating. After a while, Lin Lan turned around and said "I found it, if my cultivation weren't higher than the Core formation stage, I'd never find it."
"What? Seems like someone concealed it using their qi... That means a Cultivation clan?!" Tang Hao thought as he turned to Lin Lan. "It seems like, this act is all a coverup for a Cultivation clan." Lin Lan said
Lin Lan then disappeared from her spot and went into the mall to retreive the bomb, as that happended Ling Mengyu returned and brought along the man in a black coat and a mask and handed him over to the police before appearing beside Tang Hao
Once Lin Lan retrieved the bomb, she immediately disposed of it before appearing beside Ling Mengyu and Tang Hao. The trio then felt the fluctuation of qi in the surrounding area, Lin Lan said "This presence! 3 Core Formation stage and 10 Foundation Establishment experts!"
Hearing that, Ling Mengyu and Tang Hao's expressions turned grave. Lin Lan then said, "Leave the Core Formation stage to me whilst you two deal with the rest." Before the trio headed for the aura's they felt

Feeling the presence of three people, the leader of the cultivators said "They're coming, One Golden Core stage along with a Peak Foundation Establishment and a 7th layer Qi Condensation stage. Us three will hold off the Golden Core whilst the rest of you deal with the other two."
The three then flew off to a distant mountain to have their battle with Lin Lan whilst the 10 Foundation Establishment cultivators stayed and prepared for battle. Once Ling Mengyu and Tang Hao arrived, one of the cultivators said "Hehe, you're finally here. Son of the Tang Sect, this day next year will be your funeral."
Tang Hao thought to himself "What? They know who I am? It must be because of the sports festival, they must have prepared for this all along. Are they from the clan that injured father back then before I was born and causing his cultivation to stagnant at the 4th layer of the Golden Core stage?". Ling Mengyu then sent a whirlwind at the group of cultivators before flying off whilst bringing along 8 of the cultivators.
Of the two remaining cultivators one laughed and said "Hahah, with us two in the Foundation Establishment stage, it would be below us to bully a kid only in the Qi Condensation stage." He then backed off to the side and watched the other cultivator fight against Tang Hao

Tang Hao then used the Mysterious Perplexing Step along with the Heavenly Jade Hand techniques to approach the lower stage cultivator and sent a palm along with lightning around his fists. Bang! The Foundation Establishment cultivator sent out a stronger palm technique and broke Tang Hao's attack then took out his sword and slashed out sending Sword Qi at Tang Hao
Pfft! Being hit by both the Sword Qi and the palm, Tang Hao flew back 30 meters and spat out a mouthful of blood. "Hahahaha! This is too pitiful to watch, Hey! Don't use your sword or he won't even be a punching bag for you." The stronger Foundation Establishment stage cultivator said as he laughed
Tang Hao's opponent then put away his sword and stood firmly on his spot and smirked. "Damnit, if he were at the 1st or 2nd layer of the Foundation Establishment stage, I could beat him with just my qi, he must be at least the 4th layer whilst the other is at the 5th or 6th." Tang Hao thought before standing up and wiping the seeping blood from his mouth
