Chapter 1 - End of School.

3.05 P.M, Winchester School, Hampton.

The end of school was a bliss to students because firstly, they can't stand the boring shit. Secondly, it was cruel torture to get homework on subjects that you never liked. Last and most important, it was The World Cup!

Pupils were the most hyped during The World Cup season, especially when it airs just after school so when the bells rang and the gates open, they bombarded the doors with yelps of 'COME ON! COME ON!' and zoomed out the gates to their houses to catch the play-off. In the midst of the crowd were two 9 years old whose expression were ones of joy and unconstrained delight. They had been affected by the hype of The World Cup severely as they chatted with each other.

"Jay, can I stay at your place to watch The World Cup?"

"I guess so but what's your mom going to say about it?"

"Duuh! Just tell your mom to call my mom that I'm staying at your place to watch The World Cup," the two kids were strolling down the streets having a quite fanatical conversation about The World Cup.

The one on the left was blonde-haired with blue eyes and skin as pure as snow, he had a little bit of fat on his face which made him even more lovable, his name was Jay; the one on the right was a slightly tanned youth with black messy hair that stood up and black eyes. He had a slight grin plastered on his face which made others just wanting to pinch those cheeks! His name was Damian.

They were both friends since Nursery and they were just simply put, inseparable unless you count the times on where they can't visit each other because of sleeping or family issues and others. But if you disregarded all of that, they would always be together.

"Last one to the door is a rotten egg!" Jay said as he started running to a nearby door while he turned his head to look behind him and gave a cheeky grin and stuck out his tongue.

"Get back here cheater!" Albeit being caught off-guard, Damian got up to the same pace as Jay and his speed didn't stop as he managed to get to the door first. "Hmph! Think you can ever beat me?" He was proud of himself and gave Jay a noogie before knocking on the door.

"If I was a bit faster then you won't be able to say anything," Jay grumbled as he rubbed his aching head.

"Oh is that so? We'll see about that when I get my hands on you!" Damian was about to give Jay's head another taste of his knuckles before the door opened and a middle-aged woman came through. She and Jay had similar features except for the blue eyes. She glared at Damian who backed off from Jay and slightly scratched his head awkwardly.

She gave Damian a whack on the head but he could barely feel the force and let out a grin while Jay on the side gave a smirk. With her motherly instincts and knowledge, she also gave Jay a whack on the head.

"Don't think I know what you do behind my back!"

"But mooom!" Jay cried unjustly as the favoritism was evident.

"Don't try and pull the pity card on me, Jay!"

"Oh fine!" Jay crossed his arms as he walked inside. "I'll get my revenge, Damian!"

"I'm still here you know," Damian laughed and flicked Jay's head and walked inside.
