"Rooney takes the ball from Paulinho, he's headed straight for the goal but it's cut short by Marcelo! Marcelo makes a pass to Casemiro who just evaded Jordan. Dele and Eric are on his tail but he then kicks it to Douglas! Douglas prepares his shot as the crowd is going wild with the anticipation and he shoots AND HE SCORES!!"
The commentator was albeit sour, showered praises onto Brazil as the sourness radiated out of him and outside the monitor. The crowd was wild with cheers for Brazil and jeers at England. "IN YOU FACE, ENGLAND!" "DOUGLAS I LOVE YOU!"
All kind of fanatical screamings were heard, whether it's at home, at the pub or inside the actual stadium, they were all full of vibrancy. However when we got back to the little miscreants...
"WHAT THE HELL ENGLAND! YOU GUYS ARE DUMB!" Jay and Damian were screaming at the monitor! They were definitely not fans of Brazil but at the same time, England was shit! Where were their defenders at? What was their fucking Goalkeeper doing!?
"Jay be quiet down there! Tell your little friend to also shut up!" As Jay and Damian criticised England, Jay's mom who was in the kitchen beckoned at them and they both shut up obediently. As Jay stared at the monitor, Damian took him by surprise and blindfolded him with a black cloth.
"Ahhh! Help!" Jay tried getting the unknown material blinding him off but Damian was had a strong physique. While Jay was blinded, his mom came in and quickly put something on the table in front of the TV.
She then fixed some balloons to the sides and added candles and lit it up. Someone else appeared from upstairs the house, it was a middle-aged man who also shared the same features of Jay. His dad. He quietly walked down the stairs and grinned as he saw the squirming Jay.
"WHAT THE HELL DAMIAN!?" He took off the blindfold as soon as the pressure that was exerted on it disappeared and when he did.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Three conjoined voices sounded in his ears. Jay looked around at what was happening and when he saw the cake in front of him with a 9 candle that was lit up. He started tearing up.
"It's...it's my birthday!?" He was stupefied. How did he forget that it was his birthday today!?
"Yes, it is you, little twerp!" Damian knocked Jay back to his senses as he hugged all of them tightly.
"I love you all!" Jay went over to his dad who ruffled his hair and replied.
"You're already 9 now, I can't believe you're already that old haha," He chuckled to himself as his wife took his place.
"No matter how old you are, you are my little baby." She kissed his forehead leaving him embarrassed in front of Damian who smirked at their interactions.
"Make a wish now," Damian pushed Jay to the cake and urged him to make a wish.
"Well... I wish that we can always stay like this forever!" Jay blew the candle out as his parents shed their tears at their child's innocence.
As the atmosphere became more jolly and more cheerful, the doorbell rang...
