After eating, when Ren when to sleep, Aunty Leah left for the restaurant In a hurry.
The girl who owns the restaurant is a friend of hers, she used to be a maid for the Elsiv clan, but she left to start up a restaurant.
It's been about ten years since then, they would visit each other every now and then, Ren, he forgot about her.
So he hasn't went to visit her before.
All the maids were basically Ren's mothers, they did raise him after all.
Although the one who raised him longer is Aunty Leah.
The night was dark, the sky was clear with every star blinking in the night alongside the moon, shining like a pure gem.
You wouldn't be able to think that something, like the death of a loved one, happened.
The night was so peaceful.
In a matter of seconds Aunty Leah appeared outside the restaurant. Around the restaurant, barely noticeable to the naked eye, there was a sparkling purple barrier circling the restaurant.
'This barrier, this isn't mortal qi, this is the qi of a god..'
"Even this barrier can't stop me"
With a low grunt, Aunty Leah made several hand gestures as a sparkling energy manifested in front of her.
Clap!
She clapped her hands together, then slowly separated them.
Woosh!
There was a sound of air gushing out of a pressurized container as a silver doorway appeared on the barrier.
Aunty Leah stepped in slowly as the scent of blood assaulted her nostrils.
This caused her to go pale as her hands trembled.
After several steps, she froze in place as she clenched her fists. Her breath became shaky as she looked at the corpse in front of her.
A couple tears rolled off of her face.
"Anna"
Aunty Leah bent down then caressed the two halves of Anna's face.
The atmosphere of the restaurant stilled as a killing intent permeated the restaurant, some dishes rattled in the kitchen as a red aura appeared around Aunty Leah.
Upstairs, the old man was in the middle of meditation when he felt the killing intent, his eyes snapped open as he grinned, "Kekeke! Looks like a friend of the girl from earlier, kekeke! I was getting bored anyways."
Slowly, he left the room, as his robes slid softly against the floor.
----
Ren wasn't having a peaceful rest, he was drenched in sweat as he tossed and turned in his bed, the occasional flicker of red light flashed across his skin, as the pattern of scales rapidly formed and disappeared.
Ren was having a nightmare, more specifically, he was viewing the past memories of the dragon god as a dream.
In this dream, he was a little dragon, around a kilometer in length.
He was nowhere near being a dragon god at this stage.
He fought with other dragons, he fought with beasts, he would deflect bullets off of his scales onto the groups of humans shooting him below.
His world was crossed with a world of science and cultivation, the beast world.
The humans were constantly after his blood essence, he was a true dragon, if he survived long enough, he could become a dragon god.
The humans wanted that potential for themselves.
They were greedy, insatiable, they killed many dragons to harness their potential.
The humans felt nothing when they killed the beasts, but they would be enraged when the beasts killed them!
The humans believed they did nothing wrong!
INSOLENT!
The dragons don't harm humans unless they threaten them or their homes!
But the humans slaughter them for no reason!
The little dragon was angered.
"Filthy humans! If you kill, be prepared to be killed yourselves!"
The little dragon roared in anger as he charged into the groups of humans, creating rivers of blood, and instilling unimaginable fear.
The humans deserved this!
They didn't even kill to eat!
Even if they killed us dragons for food, eating other sentient beings is a sin!
A sin punishable by the heavens!
(AN: Seems to be off a bit, but the little dragon is p*ssed so his thoughts are just running away)
The little dragon slaughtered the groups of humans!
This sent a message to all humans.
The wrath of a dragon is not something you can escape from!
Ren tossed and turned as he relived the dragon god's memories.
Ren's sleepless night, has only just begun.
