The world has collapsed. A virus meant to enhance humanity instead turned people into monsters, leaving only 21 bases standing.

Serian, a god who has watched countless worlds rise and fall, never cared for human struggles. But now, trapped in a mortal body, he's forced to attend a hero academy where students train to fight the monsters that destroyed civilization.

Serian simply observes:

— Students brag about their strength, then panic when danger appears.
— He casually kills a monster with a book while soldiers question reality.
— His interview answers horrify the instructors ("What do you do if a mission fails?" "It is what it is.").
— The strongest executioner points a gun at him, but Serian is more interested in his aura than his threats.

Once beyond time, now walking among mortals, he seeks to understand them. Will he find the answers he longed for?
