In a world of normalcy, where daily life unfolded as expected, everything changed the day the sun vanished. During an ordinary day in Filgrum, the sun inexplicably disappeared, plunging the world into an endless, unnatural night. Amid the confusion, the hidden horrors of humanity’s neighbors emerged lycanthropes, vampires, and ghouls, creatures who once hid behind human facades, now revealed their true forms. Their goal was the annihilation of humanity, whom they deemed impure.

Overwhelmed and defenseless, humanity retreated into bunkers, seeking refuge from the chaos above. In the depths of these shelters, humanity began to rebuild, adapting to their grim reality. Yet survival came at a cost, as factions of bunkers turned on each other in desperate struggles for resources, creating a new world fraught with peril, both from within and without. This story starts forty-five years after the event known as "The Endless Night" with Lucas Pendragon an orphaned boy with no interest in fighting and no friends often being outcasted and bullied but when a natural once a month event known as "The hunt" threw his life of normalcy and bullying onto a completely new path with unnatural events and weird but interesting people. With Lucas's life now in a constant state of motion  will he survive the ashes of a ruined world or will everything he built go up in smoke
