In the beginning, he was casted out of the heaven for wanting to conquer it and become the ultimate ruler.
He was marked with the mark of undead so he wouldn't die and enter the circle of reincarnation. 
But over the years, he finally finds a way of killing himself and join the other gods in the circle of reincarnation.
It so happen that he's reincarnated when the universes is at a tremendous apocalypse; normal animals mutated to dangerous man-eater beasts, weaker humans turning to a man-eater creatures known as the weakling, but those with a strong will of surviving receive a system that guides them to their potential self, with superpowers.
This is a perfect environment for him to cultivate his strength while creating a stronger army as his story never ended, but just the begining of the end. 
But until he regains his natural godly strength, he must cultivate in hiding as other gods are searching for him with a motive of eliminating him, and if he dies as a human, that would be the end of his story, forever.
He is Amra, formally known as Arma, he is the Blind Blackblood Demon God, and his motive is to become the ultimate ruler of the heavens.
