As the son of one of the strongest people in Konoha, Sakumoto Shin always had big expectations on his shoulders.

Expectations to become strong, to succeed and to one day rival his father in strength. 

But it just didn't work that way for him. He wasn't some genius that could master any jutsu in a single try, nor was he some stamina freak who could destroy people with his Taījutsu.

He was just plain old average.

Average. Average. Average.

He hated that word. He hated it when his mother called him average, he hated it when children from the academy called him average and he hated it when the academy instructors called him aveage.
