KOGURE

The story takes place in 2013 Japan in the busy city of Tokyo. Tokyo might seem like a nice place to live on the outside but there is alot of corruption around. Kidnappers, human trafficking, unexplained deaths and systems running right behind the normal civilians back. And what's a city filled with danger without a vigilante, an unknown hero who purges Tokyo of these scums. He's a villain to the police but at the same time he's doing them a favor and they stop at nothing to get him behind bars however what noone knows is that he is seeking vengeance for a scar that he will have to carry for the rest of his life.

Note: most characters that are in high school are eighteen
