He walked down the stairs, mentally preparing himself to go to his second class of the day. He took one step, then a second, then a third, and then he went to take a fourth but something was off. 

'Did I miss the step?'

He didn't feel his foot touch solid ground, instead he felt himself falling. He began to scream, while closing his eyes, when he realized that it felt like he'd been falling for too long. And... was that a breeze? He opened his eyes only to see that he was falling towards grass. From the sky. He started to scream louder than he ever had before, tears filled his eyes. And that's when it hit him. 

'Is that a dragon???'

(This is my first ever Novel!! I'm unsure of what the release schedule will be for new chapters since I'm mainly writing this out of boredom and I'm usually busy with school. Please enjoy and feel free to criticize!!)
