Jiro and Takeshi are two inseparable friends living a peaceful life in Japan until one day they are summoned by a god to another world. The god grants them one wish before they embark on an important mission in this new world. 

Takeshi, who is spirited and not serious, expresses his desire to have a cute and lovely fox girlfriend. However, the god misunderstands his wish and instead turns Takeshi into a nine-tailed fox girl. Meanwhile, Jiro receives incredible powers and becomes a reliable figure in their journey.

As their journey in the other world progresses, their relationship becomes ambiguous. Jiro feels that Takeshi seems a bit strange, yet he wonders if it's just his imagination. Meanwhile, Takeshi also feels that Jiro is looking at her strangely, though she thinks it might just be her feelings.

This is their adventure together to prevent the resurrection of the demon king.
