The story "The Rebirth of a Slacker into a Level 0 Necromancer" is about Victor, a 34-year-old unemployed man who unexpectedly finds himself in another world after an explosion in his hometown. Victor is summoned by a goddess for an important mission, but his unworthy behaviour leads to a curse being placed on him that prevents him from leveling up. Victor becomes a necromancer and begins his adventure, facing hardship and danger. The plot reveals comic and dramatic situations involving his new abilities, interactions with other characters, and his desire for a carefree life despite the curse and his new status.
