Emma, a domestic helper who becomes a wet nurse for her employer's wife, named Vera, who suffers from a rare amnesia syndrome due to a fatal accident. 

As a result of the fatal accident, it also claimed the life of Emma's 7-month-old daughter, Mia.

The impact of the fatal accident causes Vera, the employer, to experience a rare Dissociative Amnesia Syndrome that regresses her to a baby stage. Vera cannot speak, only cries, and whimpers like a baby.

Elio, Vera's husband, struggles to care for his wife, who behaves like an adult baby. This includes bedwetting, wearing diapers, and even defecating in them.

Every time Emma sees Vera whimpering and crying like a real baby, it reminds her of her own baby who also perished in the accident.

Without Elio's knowledge, Vera's husband, Emma secretly breastfeeds Vera as a way to cope with the grief of losing her own baby and to help calm Vera, who is like a helpless little baby in an adult body.

Emma's act of breastfeeding an adult woman not only helps soothe Vera, her employer who behaves like an adult baby, but also embodies Emma's longing for her deceased baby.
