Every human has a passion. Julius's passion was games. Whether physical or video games, he always enjoyed them. Julius thought that everyone could enjoy a nice little game.

Wrong.

Julius was a genius! He excelled at every game he played. And in his past life, he played a very fun game.

Julius hunted.

A serial killer, was the best word to describe him. His favorite game was life, and he liked to give others the "Game Over" sign.

But now he's given a chance.

Reincarnated into a parallel world, he's launched to a game of world domination, given by a being above him. But with two twists

He can't kill anyone, or else he dies.

And there is a System, that prevents and handicaps him, with no reward in return.

Isn't that good!

Usually it would be enough to scare someone away.

But not Julius. You see, Julius doesn't break the rules.
