With the fate of not only their own lives but also the lives of those they care about hanging in the balance, they are compelled to disregard morality and unleash their most primal instincts in a ruthless quest for survival. 

Failure to secure the Necronomicon means facing a fate worse than death, as the unseen forces orchestrating this twisted game will stop at nothing to ensure compliance. As the body count rises and desperation sets in, each participant must grapple with their own humanity and the harrowing realization that in this deadly game.
