In a universe simmering with tension, Lucien de Montclair was many things but principled was not one of them, some call him a visionary others the most morally reprehensible man and while he is many things he is also irrefutably the inventor of the quantum breacher.

A lot of things come with being him including cosmic insight into the universal stage and what he saw wasn't the prettiest sight. A universe embroiled in a cold war where civilizations only struck when victory was assured and the few civilizations interested in in cultural exchange and trade were few and far in between, He had a plan it wasn't pretty hell it wasn't even original but it was the best plan he had and it was a surefire way to create that shell he needed to surround earth.
