With the world in a state of extreme inhospitality due to global warming, world leaders came together to make a decision on what to do. 
They decided to move everyone into a VRMMORPG and shutdown all human activities on earth, leaving only AI controlled robots to tend to the environment. 
In order to make it as realistic as possible, all five senses were replicated, people could have sex with each other, get married and through a special means even give birth. 
But little did they know that this would cause the vices in the real world to follow them into the game.
