MHA: Outlawed is a fanfiction set in an alternate version of the My Hero Academia universe. In this world, only 20% of the population possess quirks (superpowers), rather than the usual 80%. The story follows Miguel Libra, a young boy who discovers his quirk under distressing circumstances. Due to society's fear of powerful individuals, people with quirks are hunted down and forced into hiding.

The story delves into themes of societal oppression and survival in a world that views extraordinary individuals as threats. Over time, Miguel faces numerous challenges as he tries to navigate this hostile environment​.
