Pretty, chubby, and innocent 23-year-old Cordae has always dreamt of living a stress-free, long life. Creating a beautiful life for herself has been her ultimate goal, but it turns out that even a "beautiful life" is as expensive as anything else in this world, as she can't even afford a beautiful life as well as a long one. Cordae is terminally ill and is sure to die anytime soon. But regardless of that fact, she's determined to fulfill her dreams of making a beautiful life for herself, even if it's just for a little while. She's equally hell-bent on wanting to know what "loving someone romantically" feels like and is resolute in her determination to experience such.

Her life suddenly takes a surprising turn as she crosses paths with Liam Xander; a 28-year-old, cold-hearted, business tycoon who grew up with the mentality that "love" is nothing but a word that comprises of four letters. But that made him the one for Cordae. Liam perfectly fits the description of whom she wants, as she doesn't actually want anyone to fall for her or anything of that sort; all thanks to the fear of leaving them all alone when she eventually dies, but wants to love someone romantically in order to at least, fulfill one of her numerous dreams.


Their totally distinct worlds collide. The mysteries surrounding Liam will slowly be uncovered. Will Cordae be able to handle whatever Liam throws at her? Will Liam be able to see that "love" isn't just a 4-lettered-word? Will they be able to overcome whatever comes their way?
