Gideon was summoned to another world to vanquish an evil god of impossible proportions. Arduous it was, he was able to succeed after 10 years.

When he defeated and successfully vanquished the evil god, he was granted his wish to return home. The goddess, feeling this reward was too 'little' for the herp who saved her world granted him a single wish.

Gideon asked for something that he may not be able to use in his own world, Earth.

He indeed returned, but not only did the world changed, his home had also changed, his sister changed and a looking threat had also reared its head.
