Powers are normal in this world. It's good and evil the younger they are the stronger they can get.

Zero is a villain, groomed to do evil under the chain of command. Until orders are given that Zero does not understand why. 

He is captured and kept as a government prisoner until he is transferred into a school of powered heroes just like him.
But he’s a villain; with stained hands.  

Zero doesn’t understand the world he has been kept away from.

The fact that there are more like him, how they were raised, and what they believe. 

As he learns, he soon realizes why misfortune was cast upon him at such a young age. His power isn’t normal, he is one of the youngest powers to ever break the power ranking in history. 

Now with revenge on its way, he must decide who he trusts as war breaks out. He and his friends are the tie-breaker that will decide the world's fate. 

   ‘Another Villain dies after jumping off a 12-story building in an attempt to escape the Heroes.’ This was Zero's fate, until it wasn't.
