When Alexandra turns 17 her parent springs the most surprising news of all. They aren't her real parents and Alexadra is a siren. A rare mystical creature only heard of in fairy tales, and get this supernatural creature are real too.
Her life changes the day she gets a letter demanding her attendance at Assassin Academy, a school that trains young supes and humans from the age 17-21, to become Hunters to eradicate, Havocs, monsters that kills everything that breathes. Her first assignment is to survive the first day.

As Alex navigates through school, she will dodge assassination attempts from mean girls, avoid the handsomely dark mysterious Nox twins, Cethin and Donovon, while learning how to keep her powers as a siren from those who wish to harm her. When the number of Havocs increase, and students and staff start to turn up missing, Alexandra must look deeper into her parent's past, before someone finishes the job they started seventeen years ago- killing all sirens and releasing an ancient creature that could consume the world.
