What would you do if you are suddenly in a magical world?

Ria is a young girl who never get in relationship after she was heartbroken by a guy in her high school. Now she has become a top neurosurgeon and is pursued by her many co workers. She was always busy in her work and never had time for relationship. One day, when she was on the way to hospital , she saved a kid from being hit by a car. But some how, when she woke up, she was in whole new place. Moreover she met many guys there who were attracted to her because of her cold and sweet personality.
