Awakening in a forest with no memories. wandering a world where blue screens appear to my thoughts, and Magical creatures bray for my blood.

My birth was uneventful for me.  But the storm that heralded my birth from within the rose  was not.

The remnants of the storm scattered to the four points of the compass, and the sky lit up for miles around.  Many eyes beheld this wonder, a few cowering in fear, some gazed in wonder and concern.  One pair piercing and green beheld the light in interest, but innumerable were the red eyes that narrowed to slits, glaring up in anger, hate and insatiable hunger.  As one a great tide of magical beasts, flooded towards the rose, and a solitary catfolk walking calmly towards a column of light.
