A serial killer is on the loose tormenting the people of New York. The killer primarily targets liars and murders them in such a way it's unbearable to even think of all the torture and pain the victims went through before death and marks them with a chilling note engraved on them. Agent Adam Ziegler was put up to the case and now he must face the consequences that bring him. The killer doesn't like snitches either it seems. Nobody knows his motives nobody knows his preferences, nobody knows what will be his next moves
What will happen? Will the killer be caught? Is anyone safe?
