Noah is laid back, casual, unassuming, and fades to the background easy; just the way he likes it.

But when the world ends, he doesn't really have a choice, Monsters straight out of nightmares are wrecking havoc across the city and within his apartment.

Not only that, but a character sheet appears before him, giving him the ability to level up and overcome human capabilities just like in a videogame.
 
With a new mindset and abilities, Noah must find a way out of his apartment complex and grant himself any semblance of reason as to why the Earth is in tatters.

Although, he comes to find that he isn't the only one lost, familiar faces gathering as they set to leave the town, only it seems those from age 12-19 have survived.

Unsure why or how, Noah still needs to get strong enough to find his place in the world, wondering if following his old classmates is the best idea.

Especially since they seem to be walking into a death trap.
