Adam warren. Our male lead. Orphan but was adopted by a man who was dying and needed an heir to collect a condo and library to keep it up and running in the city. The man has since passed away 
And the library is still running thanks to the university which built some major technology buildings around it.  Adam only has to live in the condo. He doesn't touch any of the business deals or deals with the money that right went to the lint family to make sure that the library ran. Adam is always okay and comfortable. He is also unaware who holds these funds.
