Hiroto Arakawa is a struggling alchemist running a failing potion shop in a backwater town. His potions technically work, but every single one has a weird, impractical side effect—like a stamina potion that gives you uncontrollable shaking or a strength elixir that only activates when delivering a dramatic monologue.
